    • $1,200 for a 4-Hour event with a complimentary 1 hour  setup and 1 hour breakdown time (total 6 hrs) + tax
    • $2,000 for a full day rental (up to 12 hrs) + tax
    • Additional time available for $200/Hr
    • All rates include: event space and tables and chairs (described below)


    • Luxurious, Open Event Space
    • Accommodates up to 150 guests for Cocktail Receptions and 120 for Seated Dinner
    • 2,284 Sq.Ft. Ballroom (approximate dimensions 86 ft x 26 ft)
    • Stunning Panoramic Floor to Ceiling Glass Front
    • Adjustable Event Lights (i.e. can control the intensity in various parts of the ballroom)
    • Surround Sound Music System (connects to your iPhone, iPad or iPod playlist)
    • Catering Prep Area (no full kitchen)
    • 72" Round Banquet Tables [12] and White Cushion Garden Chairs [120] are included in the rental [Setup and Breakdown charges extra]

    Alcohol Policy: Araliya does not have a permit to serve alcohol, only a caterer/bartender with a valid alcohol permit can serve alcohol for your event

    • Parking Right Across the Street in Channelside garage (rates start at $2.00 per hour). Araliya is not affiliated with a parking garage and does not validate parking
